'She's Acting the Whole Time': Sharon Osbourne Bashes Meghan Markle on Latest 'Celebrity Big Brother' Episode

Sharon Osbourne left Celebrity Big Brother on Tuesday, March 12, but not before taking numerous swipes at Meghan Markle during her stay.

"I think it’s all put on. I think she’s acting the whole time," Ozzy Osbourne's spouse quipped about the Duchess of Sussex and former actress.

In a group conversation about Kate, Princess of Wales, during a recent episode of the reality show, contestant Fern Britton shared: "What big shoes to step into, with Diana, and wearing the huge engagement ring," the author revealed about the Princess of Wales.

Osbourne chimed in: "Can you imagine if that had gone to Meghan?"

The entire group groaned, which is when the former co-host of The Talk shared how she felt Meghan was always performing, even in her private life.

Osbourne was fired from the talk show in March 2021 not long after Meghan and Prince Harry's notorious tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey. The Osbournes star got into a heated argument with fellow co-host Sheryl Underwood concerning Piers Morgan's critiques of Meghan. Osbourne agreed with the broadcaster — her longtime friend — and rebuffed Underwood's criticisms of him. CBS later said that Osbourne's behavior during the spat "did not align" with their values for a "respectful workplace."

In 2022, Osbourne said of Meghan: "I’ve never met her in my life," the then-70-year-old told Newsweek. "But she mixes with the royalty of showbiz, put it that way."

"I think that you have to be over a certain bank balance for her to talk to you," the reality star claimed. "It’s all the wealthiest of the [wealthy] in the industry that she hangs out with. And there’s nothing wrong with that at all. God bless you. But she does tell some porky pies [lies]. Put it this way, she’s surrounded by very, very, like how can I do this politely? It’s the cream of the cream in Hollywood music, film, and everything she’s surrounded by. She’s hardly a victim."

But on social media, viewers simply were not having the slamming of Meghan by people they feel have no room to critique anyone.

On X, one user pointed out: "Do people now see why us young ones make a point about ‘old people’ having an opinion on Meghan when you have Fern, Louis, and Sharon just bad-mouthing her? Meghan literally has NO effect on their lives."

"So it’s been a few days without @itv airing a Meghan Markle b------- session on #cbb. So in accordance with their contract with the royals, they rolled another one out. All the oldies. Sharon, Louis, and Fern. Worrying about if Meghan got Diana’s ring," someone else quipped.
