Meghan Markle's 2013 interview with Craig Ferguson, when the Duchess of Sussex was still in her Suits era is the Princess' creepiest interview till date. While things began well, the conversation soon turned sexist when Ferguson threw uncomfortable questions at her. While Markle laughed it off, the clip has aged poorly, with many critics calling Ferguson out for his disrespectful behavior.

The segment began with Ferguson declaring Markle looked 'sensational' in her black mini dress. The former actress although visibly conscious, joked, "I got all dolled up for you." In response, Ferguson quipped, "Well, it's really working. You really look well." Subsequently, he pivoted the conversation to a more intimate detail about her body. "What a strangely hairless body you have," he said, as per the Daily Mail. He didn't stop there. He added, "You're quite the dolphin, aren't you? You're absolutely hair-free. Are you a competitive swimmer?"

Markle, determined to change the subject, talked about her early experience with the camera instead, of how she grew up on the set of the TV show Married.. with Children as her father was an employee there. "I grew up on the set every day after school for 10 years," the Duchess revealed, noting that it was a 'very perverse place' for a little girl who studied in Catholic school. "I'm there in my school uniform, right...." But before she could finish her sentence, Ferguson interrupted with another creepy remark, saying, "Oh Yeah!" before finally asking what the reaction of the show's stars was when watching her "walking around in [her] little schoolgirl outfit."

The conversation didn't sit well with netizens who blasted the host. On X (formerly Twitter), a royal watcher slammed, "OMG! I'm horrified by this creepy and sexist interview of Meghan Markle by Craig Ferguson. The poor girl had to endure his sexual advances the entire interview and couldn't get a word in edgewise! LIKE EW!!!!" Another echoed, "Just...HORRIBLE." In agreement, another penned, "Are you kidding; this is so gross!!!" A comment also read, "Ughhhhhhhh annoying person." Meanwhile, one chimed, "I couldn't even put the sound on." A viewer agreed, "Utterly cringeworthy."

Others however blamed Markle for her alleged attention-seeking tactics. A critic called out the exiled royal for acting too desperate, "Wait, this, sexist? She comes out all skin and asks him to touch her, bringing up the schoolgirl uniform herself. She's the sexist one." Meanwhile, a netizen sympathized with Prince Harry, "What an unfortunate choice on Harry's part. But then again he has never been the sharpest tool in the box."

A royal watcher also slammed Markle for lying about Catholic school. "She only went to Catholic school for 4 years. It was HIGH SCHOOL so she was already a teenager. Not a little girl. She's trying to paint a 'little lamb in a plaid skirt and pigtails in a den of wolves.'" Another agreed, "She is not royal at all. She is also flirting with this man and for attention to herself. I am sorry but that kind of pleasure is just a spike for attention."
