Queen Letizia mingled with kids and took selfies when she attended the opening of the Professional Training Course on Thursday, September 30.
The brunette beauty looked stunning in a white ruffle top, which she paired with black pants and small heels.

"Doña Letizia presided over the I.E.S. City of Haro in the city of Jarrera, the opening of the Professional Training Course 2021/2022, coinciding with the premiere of the First Higher Degree in Viticulture in the María Díaz building," a message read. "In addition to the higher degree of FP in Dual Viticulture, Haro will also host the official Wine Tourism and Sommelier courses from this year. The renovated María Díaz building, which will depend on the I.E.S. City of Haro, will host the theoretical classes and the Oenological Station and different wineries in the environment will host the practices."
The message continued, "Her Majesty the Queen, who traveled accompanied by the Minister of Education and Vocational Training, María del Pilar Alegría, was received by the president of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, Concepción Andreu; the President of the Parliament of La Rioja, Jesús María García; the Government delegate in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, María Marrodán and the mayor of Haro, Laura Rivado; among other authorities."
"At the end of the formal greetings, Doña Letizia, accompanied by the authorities, took a photograph together with a plaque commemorating the opening of the FP 2021/2022 course," a message said of the event.
"Next, Her Majesty the Queen went to the auditorium to take her place for the meeting with representatives of the faculty, businessmen and students. Said meeting began with the words of welcome from the president of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, it continued with the interventions of the head of Vocational Training studies; by Adrián Mato, a 2nd grade student in Telecommunications and Computer Systems and the counselor of Bodegas Muga. Finally, an open dialogue took place with the participants," the note said.
