What a cutie! Princess Eugenie showed off her adorable son, August, to her Instagram followers on Tuesday, June 8, in honor of World Oceans Day.
The 31-year-old posted a few video clips of her tot on her Instagram Story, writing, "It's World Oceans Day today. A day to celebrate our magnificent oceans and all the creatures in it."
"A day to raise awareness for something so integral to all our lives," she captioned the video, which showed August in playing with a shark stuffed animal. "And a day to snuggle with fluffy sharks."
Just a few days earlier, Eugenie — who welcomed her son in February — posted a new snap of herself walking outside with her tot.
"🌎 environment Day 2021!! Thank you world for giving us such a beautiful place to live," she wrote. "To mark this day I wanted to share some photos over the years (and more recent ones 👶🏻) that remind me how amazing our environment is and how we must always protect it."
On Sunday, June 6, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced they had welcomed their daughter, Lilibet Diana, into their lives. Not only did Prince Charles, Camilla, Queen Elizabeth, Kate Middleton and Prince William react to the exciting news, but Eugenie also made sure to send a nice message to her cousin.
"Congratulations dear cousins.. we couldn't be happier for you all," Eugenie captioned a black-and-white photo of Harry, Meghan and Archie on her Instagram Story.
Eugenie's son's middle name is Philip, a nod to her late grandfather, Prince Philip, who died on April 9. Meghan and Harry followed in her footsteps and named their daughter after the Queen and Princess Diana, who died in 1997.
"It is with great joy that Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, welcome their daughter, Lilibet 'Lili' Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, to the world," a statement from the couple said on June 6.
"Lili was born on Friday, June 4 at 11:40 a.m. in the trusted care of the doctors and staff at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, CA. She weighed 7 lbs 11 oz. Both mother and child are healthy and well, and settling in at home," the statement continued. "Lili is named after her great-grandmother, Her Majesty The Queen, whose family nickname is Lilibet. Her middle name, Diana, was chosen to honor her beloved late grandmother, The Princess of Wales."
