Princess Eugenie is showing fans a glimpse inside her life! The royal, who gave birth to son August in February, showed off some new photos from her pregnancy on Wednesday, September 8, while chatting with Kate Bryan about the Royal Collection Trust's exhibition.
"I had the privilege of recording an episode for Sky Arts at Buckingham Palace in The Queens Gallery talking about the magnificent exhibition 'Masterpieces from Buckingham Palace' on view now until 13 February 2022. I spoke to @katebryan_art all about what art and these artworks in particular mean to me. Tune in tonight at 8pm on Sky Arts to see the show and go see the remarkable exhibition whilst you can. @royalcollectiontrust," the 31-year-old captioned some photos via Instagram.
Eugenie — who studied art history at Newcastle University — gushed over her love of art. "Each time you walk in the picture gallery, it's kind of like, 'Oh my gosh.' And then to see them here and having it in a space where you can actually sit with them for ages, I take myself back to the year that they were doing this, and I think, 'Why did you make it like that?' I dive into the canvas, and I want to know where the moment exactly was that led him to that and why did he do the light like that on the water and sky," she said in the clip.
"Art has to be about how you understand it and how you feel about it and someone can't tell you how to feel. You have to look at it and go, 'Oh my god. Now I have been transported to Venice or I am in the fields with the cows or it's how you understand it," she continued.
Of course, people loved hearing Eugenie's commentary. One person wrote, "You’re so talented. The art world is fortunate to have you. ❤️," while another added, "Such an amazing event 👍🙏😍."
