Nothing for the 'Greedy Fame-Seekers': Prince William and Queen Camilla Urge Sick King Charles to Ignore Harry and Meghan in Will
King Charles III's cancer scare has renewed interest in his will, and it's now suggested that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be left with nothing at all.
"Charles is not obligated to leave Harry anything," a palace insider shared, "and Camilla and William are urging him not to — they see the Sussexes as greedy fame-seekers who can’t be trusted."
"Harry had hoped for a longer meeting, but things were awkward and tense," the source continued spilling. "He was hurt, and felt like he’d been brushed aside."
The insider also offered a grim assessment of His Majesty: "Although word is the cancer was caught early, there’s concern it could turn into something worse and possibly spread to other organs, which could be a death sentence."
The source added how "Charles understands that it’s the expected thing to do, as he’s the king," when it comes to making his preliminary funeral plans.
If reports are to be believed, Charles III's grand ceremony will be called "Operation Menai Bridge," just as his mother's was labeled "Operation London Bridge." It is understood that each reigning monarch's funeral has a different name. Although the King is being treated for an unknown form of cancer, the insider further observed how "of course, he must be worried."
Furthermore, relations between King Charles and his youngest son are said to be "toxic" behind the scenes. The Duke of Sussex allegedly still harbors resentment against his dad for cutting him off financially in 2020. The source added how this "has always been a sore issue with Harry, who felt cast off into the wilderness after a lifetime of servitude."
"His efforts to reconcile with his father fell flat," the insider stated. "When Harry rushed to see his dad, Charles' aides and Camilla and William quickly reminded the king that Harry was no longer a part of the monarchy’s rank order. Charles was able to squeeze in 30 minutes with Harry before he had to dash off."
In retaliation, a Hollywood source close to the Sussex duo claims their recent efforts to "relaunch" (again) are tied to using their royal identity, which the King has reportedly forbidden just as Queen Elizabeth II did. "Harry and Meghan have big bills to pay and need to make money, which makes this rebranding necessary, as they see it, they claimed. "They weren’t getting very far with Archewell and now have chosen to use their titles and crests."
Although the world is hoping His Majesty conquers his illness, the insider is quick to point toward Prince William as the main "backbone" of the Crown today — which is reportedly bad news for Harry.
"William’s been an influential voice to Charles during his short reign, and he will continue to be," they dished. "William is committed to protecting the monarchy at all costs. Even if it means disassociating from his brother."
