Prince William, Prince Charles & Queen Elizabeth Give Prince Harry A Birthday Shout-Out Via Social Media
Despite the ongoing tension between Prince Harry and the royals, his family still gave him a shout-out on his September 15 birthday.
On Prince William and Kate Middleton's Instagram Story, they posted a photo of the now 37-year-old with the caption, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY PRINCE HARRY! đ."
On Prince Charles and Camilla's Instagram Story, they posted three photos of the father-of-two: a throwback shot of Charles and Harry, a smiling solo shot of the birthday boy and a current day picture of the two of them side by side.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE DUKE OF SUSSEX! đ," the caption read.
Lastly, the royal family's account, which often highlights Queen Elizabeth's affairs, made a colorful post for Harry's birthday.
On a light blue background, the Instagram Story featured three photos, including one of him alongside Meghan Markle. "WISHING THE DUKE OF SUSSEX A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TODAY!" the caption read alongside emojis of balloons and a cake.
Harry received a great gift for his birthday, as TIME magazine included him and Meghan on their list of the 100 Most Influential People of the Year. Even more impressive, the pair were featured on the cover.
Chef José Andrés, who was worked with the couple before, wrote a touching message about the pair.
"They turn compassion into boots on the ground through their Archewell Foundation," he noted. "They give voice to the voiceless through media production. Hand in hand with nonprofit partners, they take risks to help communities in need â offering mental-health support to black women and girls in the US and feeding those affected by natural disasters in India and the Caribbean."
"In a world where everyone has an opinion about people they donât know, the duke and duchess have compassion for the people they donât know," he insisted. "They donât just opine. They run toward the struggle."
