The dad-of-three looked dapper in a blue jacket and matching pants. He topped off the ensemble with brown shoes.
William will help with the Prince William BAFTA Bursary fund, which will assist those who need financial aid.
"I am hugely proud of BAFTA's ongoing commitment to ensuring that young talent from all walks of life are given every possible opportunity to build and develop successful careers in the film, games and television industries," he said. "The redevelopment of 195 Piccadilly has created fantastic new learning spaces to ensure that future generations can receive the support they need to thrive."
The royal also spoke about how his kids love being on a device.
In fact, William and Kate Middleton, 40, are "trying to regulate" Prince George's screen time.
"They're fascinated by it," he said of his kids, adding that his two youngest tots, Princess Charlotte, 6, and Prince Louis, 3, "are a bit too small at the moment, but they love the films."
"Inside the @bafta HQ today to see the redevelopment of the new building which will dramatically increase its support for young people building careers in the industry," the Duke and Duchess' Instagram Story read.
"Hearing from young people supported by BAFTA, and their mentors, it's clear they will be able to benefit most from the new facilities — from a whole new floor of multi purpose learning spaces to an installation of the latest technology in the industry," another message read. "Well done to all involved."
Both William and Kate have been busy this week, as the latter visited Shout, where she spoke with others about mental health.
