Prince William told a young royal fan in Wales on Tuesday, September 10, that his youngest child, Prince Louis, 6, likes to try and "steal" 9-year-old Princess Charlotte's jewelry.

Ruby Davis gave the heir to the throne, 42, a packet of friendship bracelets for Louis, Charlotte and Prince George, 11, which led the Prince of Wales to share, "That’s so sweet. Thank you so much, Ruby. They’re going to love those, you’ll see them out and about."

HRH added he will "keep them away from Louis because he’ll try and steal all his sister’s bits."

Princess Charlotte was born in 2015.

Of all the Wales children, Princess Charlotte is said to "rule the roost" among the trio, according to a parenting expert.

Jo Frost of Supernanny said that the middle child "knows how to keep everyone in good stead" and that both of her prince brothers are all too eager to follow her example.

"Charlotte knows the rules," she added. "She's the one in the middle. She knows how to keep everyone in good stead. There are moments when I've watched George, and he's looked over at his sister, and he's probably annoyed with her one minute and then grateful that she's there being able to remind him of things when he's taking it all in as well."

"They're lovely kids. Charlotte is so kind and friendly, and the other children adore her. She's kind to the kids in her younger years, and she's very popular. George seems like a nice boy, too, and little Louis just has so much energy," they added. "If William and Kate ever can't make a sports match, their nanny goes along and spends most of the time running around the edge of the pitch after Louis."

Prince Louis first appeared at a Trooping the Colour in June 2019.

Although not a future monarch, his elder brother George, a.k.a. "the quiet one," holds that distinction — Louis has already become known as a "national treasure" in Britain, and this designation was given to His Royal Highness due in part to his "expected antics" at large royal events. He even made the late Queen Elizabeth II chuckle with delight during her final Trooping the Colour on June 2, 2022.

At that memorable event, lip-reading expert Jeremy Freeman told an outlet that Louis said "woah" to his mother during a jet flypast. Then, addressing his iconic great-grandmother, who passed away some three months later, Louis inquired: "Are the Red Arrows coming?"

The late Queen humorously responded: "I hope so."

If royal fate aligns as it should, Charlotte and Louis are potentially destined to one day become the Princess Royal and Duke of York, respectively, during their father's future reign.
