Meghan Markle's 'Truth' Unleashed: Duchess Is Waiting for the Perfect Moment to Set Off 'Very Truthful and Detailed' Memoir Bombshell
Meghan Markle is reportedly set to "enjoy" penning her memoir, which is believed will rival her husband, Prince Harry's 2023 memoir in sales.
"There’s no doubt Meghan has a remarkable story, it’s just a question of timing," a source spilled.
An autobiography from the Duchess of Sussex has been expected ever since her Duke's tome became "the fastest-selling nonfiction book in recorded history" in January last year.
Speaking about the ex-actress' supposed plan, the insider added, "She’s strategically chosen to hold off for the sake of peace, but she absolutely wants to share her truth, and why shouldn’t she when she’s endured so much? Make no mistake, she will not be told what she can and cannot say, so when she decides that the time is right, she will write a very truthful and detailed memoir that will delve into every aspect of her journey."
Nothing is expected to be sugarcoated as the future book will explore her "ups and downs in Hollywood and what she faced as a woman of mixed-race in the industry. And of course, she will address the good times and bad times in the U.K. and her experiences with the royal family."
They concluded, "She'll want her book to be one of hope and triumph, but she isn’t going to shy away from revealing her darkest moments."
Other analysts "take a more realistic approach" to how Meghan's mind works, and reveal the "real" motive behind her "glossy, saccharine word salad."
The Duchess' life story is poised to make "millions," but it could also come with some risky consequences.
"Meghan’s memoirs could stir controversy and reignite debates surrounding her relationship with the royal family, especially if she chooses to reveal previously undisclosed details," entertainment journalist Mark Boardman dished.
Even though it would undoubtedly be a bestseller and dominant headlines for days to weeks, the book could backfire on the Suits alum and further destroy her integrity and trustworthiness. However, the damage may already be done in that regard, which would make the tell-all nothing more than bitter icing on the cake for her critics — who are rapidly multiplying.
Due to the severe backlash that has followed the Duke of Sussex after his revelations about his family in his memoir, there is the potential that Meghan's story could tone down the salacious bits.
"Advances for high-profile memoirs can range from several million dollars to even tens of millions, depending on the bidding war among publishers, although any deal will have terms attached to it that will ensure maximum sales and minimize family infighting and potential lawsuits," Boardman concluded.
