Meghan Markle and Prince Harry only welcomed their daughter, Lilibet Diana, in June, but she already fits right into their family.
“She’s such a sweet-natured baby and a real joy to be around,” a source told Us Weekly. “They’re keeping a note of all her new exciting milestones. It’s amazing how quickly she’s growing.”
The couple — who also share son Archie, 2, “feel so fortunate to be in the position they’re in today" — especially after leaving the royal family.
“They don’t take anything for granted and are planning to do something to help others over the holidays — to give back!" the insider shared.
While appearing on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show in mid-November, the former actress, 40, revealed Lili's latest milestone.
Even though it can be tough for kids to adjust to having another tot around the house, it seems like Archie is happy with his little sis.
"He loves being a big brother. I think everyone tells you — actually someone told H [Prince Harry] and I that you have one kid it's a hobby and two children is parenting, and suddenly we realized, 'Oh, right. Everyone talks about what it's like for the second child, but no one talks about the adjustment for the first child when the second one comes along.' I think they have that moment of, 'This is fun. Oh, this is how it is now.' He is so sweet."
In 2020, the duo moved from the U.K. to the West Coast — and it sounds like they couldn't be happier with the decision.
"Well, we moved here during lockdown — exactly when things shut down, so we have just been able to spend a lot of time at home and creating a home, but I think it's just the lifestyle and the weather is pretty great. We are just happy," she gushed.
