Meghan Markle's American Riviera Orchard is poised to become a "slow-burning hit," by year's end, according to a Hollywood insider.

This led PR expert Mayah Riaz to focus on Meghan's new line of strawberry jam, which is benefitting from a slow and mysterious ad campaign. "So far, the jams have been sent to only 50 people," she said. "This suggests that it will be an exclusive and limited edition item."

Meghan Markle is said to want to 'slowly' roll out her brand in the hopes of causing a 'frenzy of interest' in her elusive products.

"It has already been reported a single jam jar could cost three figures," she added. "I believe that is entirely likely from what we have seen so far. This is not rare for a celebrity brand. Therefore, my estimation is that American Riveria Orchard in under a year could make Meghan seven figures. It is entirely possible for the brand to make multi-seven figures by the end of next year."

Riaz continued: "It is possible that Meghan that we may see Meghan bring out American Riviera Orchard honey — which would be [a] limited edition. Along with jams, [and] honey, she may possibly even create sauces and pestos. Essentially, items that are seen as luxury and would sit well in hampers. They would also be ideal items for gifting — if you can get your hands on them."

The Duchess of Sussex reportedly will also sell exclusive brands of 'honey.'

Ever since her signing with WME in April of 2023, speculation has been leaning toward the ex-actress turning her focus back to the lifestyle/influencing sphere. The Suits star ran the successful blog The Tig before she married Prince Harry in the spring of 2018, but closed it down upon becoming the Duchess of Sussex.

"Meghan Markle's surprise launch of American Riviera Orchard, a lifestyle brand for home, food, garden, and lifestyle goods, is a fascinating venture," royal and entertainment expert Mark Boardman told an outlet in March. "The name might be a touch whimsical, but with hundreds of thousands of followers already, her ability to generate buzz is undeniable."

He continued: "Whether American Riviera Orchard becomes the next Goop remains to be seen, but it's a strategic decision. Leveraging her Hollywood influence could propel the brand to success, especially among fans who admire her style."

Meghan Markle is also working on a Netflix series this year.

Despite this good news, the brand is likely to have a tough time taking off in the lucrative British market, despite the duo's hiring of an exclusive PR team to launch the brand in Europe.

"I suspect it's also got something to do with the big plans that we're hearing about that Meghan is going to launch this big commercial project," royal expert Rebecca English told an outlet in March. "I presume this commercial project will have some sort of residence in this country."
