Nothing But 'Fabrications': Meghan Markle Insider Strikes Back at Sussex Workplace Staffers Calling Ex-Actress 'Duchess Difficult'

An insider close to the Duchess of Sussex pushes back against workplace claims against ex-royal.
Claims against Meghan Markle's workplace attitude and behavior, as originally revealed in The Hollywood Reporter, have been labeled as "total nonsense" by a Sussex insider.
"The duke and duchess work from Montecito, and we're based in Hollywood," they shared. "They likely think we're all in the same office and that this quote would fly, but the circumstances don't even allow for it."

Meghan Markle's workplace behavior is not what it is being made out to be, according to one Sussex source.
"If she's 'marching around' and 'barking orders', no Archewell employee could factually claim that," they added.
"Everyone’s terrified of Meghan," a source close to the pair told the Tinseltown publication in what has become an "explosive" expose. "She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice."
The Sussex whistleblower described the Suits alum as "absolutely relentless" when it comes to giving orders, and she "marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders."
Of Meghan and Prince Harry combined, the source added, "They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible."

The Duchess of Sussex cannot walk around and 'bark orders' because she works remotely from Montecito, a Sussex source said in defense of the ex-actress.
Regarding one claim that stated the ex-actress liked to send "angry 5 a.m. emails," the defending Sussex source said, "Who hasn't sent an email when they can't sleep or are awake early? I've never once ever gotten an email from either of them at that hour, and even if I did, the duchess specifically notes in her email signature that everyone has a different working day, and to not feel obligated to respond outside of normal business hours. These source quotes don't make any sense!"
Another insider representing Archewell shot down what some Harry and Meghan fans are calling a "hit piece," and stated, "Everyone is deeply concerned over the timing of the article because it was published just days before Harry's birthday."

The Duchess of Sussex is said to be 'monstrous' to work for.
So just how "monstrous" is it to work for the former working British royals?
The beleaguered regal rebels' ex-chief of staff, Josh Kettler, found out the hard way, in addition to 18 key employees the former working royals have lost, of which nine parted ways with the duo since their 2020 arrival in Montecito, Calif.
That number also stretches back to include ex-staffers during their time as senior working royals from mid-2018 to early 2020. This also led one ex-Sussex aide to joke: "Perhaps there should be a Montecito arm of the Sussex Survivors' Club."
For many, this comes as no surprise, since in the run-up to his 2018 nuptials, Harry did tell veteran royal fashion designer and the late Queen Elizabeth II's longtime dresser, Angela Kelly, that what "Meghan wants, Meghan gets."

Meghan Markle reportedly 'takes no prisoners' when someone or something makes her angry.
