Kate Middleton's Little Brother Lost: Princess of Wales 'Worried Sick' About Prince Harry and Demands Prince William to 'Fix' Feud
Catherine, Princess of Wales, and Prince Harry were once "quite close" during her long relationship with Prince William, and reportedly "misses" the "good days."
"Kate is worried sick about Harry and willing to risk the wrath of her husband and the Firm to do what she believes is the right thing," a source shared with RadarOnline.com.
"She [is] pushing for forgiveness and worries the royals are being too harsh," they added. "Kate has been shielded from the increasing drama... for quite a while now because people just don't want to stress her out as she deals with her health. But she doesn't want to be out of the loop anymore."
They continued, "She's still incredibly fond of him and saddened that it's come to this situation... and there now seems to be this wall that can't be broken down."
Although the pair once shared a loving bond, the future queen is also reported to be "angry" with how Harry "fell for Meghan's tricks hook line, and sinker." When it comes to regaining trust with Prince William and Kate, Princess of Wales, Prince Harry may want to move on.
"The problem for the King and other members of the family is the worry that if they have a chat with Harry, it will appear in Spare volume two," a second source spilled.
"How do you regain the trust?" they asked. "I don’t think Harry ever can. But from the conversations I’ve had with the King, I would never say their relationship is irreparable. The King’s capacity to forgive his son is undimmed. There are other members of the royal family who are much more weighted against Harry, that’s the problem."
When asked if there was a level of revenge at play when Charles III booted the Sussex family from Frogmore Cottage in June 2023, they replied, "The evidence is there, clearly, for everyone to see. He has been kicked out of the home that would have made it possible for him to come back on a regular basis."
This insight comes as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's year is busy with new Netflix projects, the Duchess' brand launch, film premieres, numerous visits and two "faux royal tours" under their belts. But amid the busy Sussex schedule, British royal courtiers are said to find the couple's constant output to be chaotic.
"Buckingham Palace would prefer that Harry and Meghan retire into quiet obscurity, but that is not going to happen," royal editor Tom Sykes dished. "They are private citizens, so they cannot be banned from going or not going anywhere."
Although some analysts feel Harry's assistance to William would be "brotherly," others think the Prince of Wales' chaotic year in comparison doesn't have the next king wishing for a sibling reunion. Kate, Princess of Wales' ongoing preventative chemotherapy treatments have "stressed" the monarch-in-waiting "to the max."
