She's got game! The rugby team lifted her up during practice.
"I am so thrilled to become Patron of the Rugby Football League and Rugby Football Union – two fantastic organisations who are committed to harnessing the power that sport can have in bringing communities together and helping individuals flourish. I look forward to working with them across all levels of the games, and to cheering England on in what promises to be an exciting year for both sports! C," the message read via Instagram.
Clearly, the Duchess, 40, was having a ball!
In another video, the brunette beauty checked out the locker room and other amenities.
"Home of @englandrugby! Fantastic to meet the players, staff and referees representing the sport at the highest level. Even put the 👟 on to get a taste of how the teams train. Wishing both teams the best of luck in their upcoming tournaments! 🏉🏴," she wrote.
Of course, people loved seeing Kate in action.
One person wrote, "GO KATE! 🔥❤️," while another added, "I love how Catherine mucks in! She's such a good sport! 😍😍."
A third person added, "Fantastic, I loved seeing the Duchess participating in the training ❤️❤️."
As The Royal Observer recently reported, it was revealed that Kate would take the patronage from Prince Harry, who left the royal family in 2020.
According to an insider, Queen Elizabeth gave Kate the patronage a while back, but she waited to announce the news as she didn't want to "antagonize" Harry.
When Meghan Markle, 40, and Harry, 37, decided to move to the United States in 2020, they gave up their patronages, which included England Rugby, The Royal National Theatre and the Association of Commonwealth Universities.
