Catherine, Princess of Wales, one of the most popular senior British royals, is finally reclaiming her cherished health and wellness routine after completing chemotherapy in early September.

"From what I understand, Catherine is doing very well. She is back training at the gym and doing all the things she wanted to do," royal expert Robert Jobson told an outlet. "I do think that we will start to see a lot more of her and that she will carry out engagements as well as continuing to work behind the scenes."

Kate, Princess of Wales, is a longtime lover of sports, according to a friend.

"Rather than travel all over the country all the time, like she used to, I think she will concentrate on more impactful events," he added. "If she has her way, she will come back in stages and do things that are important to her."

The future queen is set to likely only appear at grand royal events with charity work appearances likely receiving "video visits" as she finds her way back to her old routine.

"Her focus will be on her family, while still managing to do the key events," the author continued. "I think William is very keen that she does stage a comeback, but I don’t think that necessarily signals that we’re going to get a big tranche of engagements, one after the other."

Catherine, Princess of Wales and the Prince of Wales are said to 'love raising their children at Adelaide Cottage.'

HRH visited the Southport Community Center on October 10 with her husband in what was her first royal engagement since completing chemotherapy.

Her Royal Highness spoke with first responders who assisted victims of a deadly knife attack that targeted children in Southport, England, on July 29, and got candid and "emotional," which reminded some of Princess Diana's public displays of empathy.

"It was one of the most emotional and candid conversations I’ve ever listened to on a royal visit," royal correspondent Rhiannon Mills shared. "[Kate] was engaged and visibly moved by what she was hearing from the first responders as they bravely shared their experiences. With William alongside her, you could see that they had both wanted to travel to Southport to show the community that they hadn’t been forgotten."

She further added, "This was a big moment for Kate in her recovery journey, but a visit she wouldn’t have missed. There was no sign of the personal challenges she has faced this year."
