Kate Middleton Throws in the Towel: Future Queen No Longer 'Peacemaker' Between Princes William and Harry as Meghan Markle Is to Blame
After Prince Harry's 40th birthday palace message, reports emerged suggesting Kate, Princess of Wales, was playing "peacemaker" between rifting Princes William and Harry.
A new round of palace source gossip has emerged via royal expert Paula Froelich, and they say "It is simply not true." Additionally, Meghan Markle is reportedly to blame for all of it.
The insider added, "While Kate has played peacemaker with Harry and William in the past, not now." Froelich further revealed via the source "(that was before Harry spilled tea on Kate, alleging she incited him to wear a Nazi costume and was rude to his wife, Meghan Markle."
They continued, "Middleton was also furious when it was later alleged she and King Charles were the royal racists mentioned in Harry and Meghan’s Oprah Winfrey interview — allegations that only came out after his pal, Omid Scobie, released his book Endgame, which wasn’t edited properly in the Netherlands and revealed their names)."
With the Princess of Wales no longer caring about the "endless royal feud" between her husband and brother-in-law, the insider pointed out that HRH may have come around to flat-out admitting her estranged sister-in-law created this drama.
"The problem is Meghan," they further spilled to Froelich. "Her motivation is money and prestige. Look how she insists on using her Duchess title on her stationery — and insisted on Prince and Princess for her children. It’s complete hypocrisy. To say you want out of the family but insist on keeping your titles? It’s all about commercialism and money for her."
In other news, Froelich also dished on the ongoing reports suggesting a rift between Harry and Meghan over where to permanently live.
"I'm also told that the late Queen Elizabeth — who laid out instructions for Harry’s split with the royal family — would be 'very disappointed in (her grandson)… he has disrespected her wishes over and over since she died and refuses to accept that he can’t have round the clock, immediate police protection paid for by the taxpayers any time he wants,'" she shared.
Amid reports suggesting the Duke of Sussex wishes to return to the U.K., the fiery-haired prince "would not be allowed back" by the public due to the way he treated Elizabeth II in her final years.
"I don't think there's any need for this country to have Prince Harry back in it," journalist Alex Larman shared. "He's behaved so disgracefully and so appallingly. You could argue that he's been manipulated by his wife, you could argue that he's essentially just a poor little lost boy who's found a far more confident and far more intelligent woman who's taking charge."
