Prince Harry's bombshell revelations since moving to the US have soured his relationship with his family back in the UK. While his feuds with father King Charles and brother Prince William made headlines, it's not them who are unlikely to forgive Harry. Another royal family member reportedly holds deeper resentment toward Harry.

Rumor has it that Harry is quite desperate to mend his fractured relationship with his family. Although Charles and William are reportedly open to the possibility of a reconciliation, sources have revealed that Queen Consort Camilla is standing her ground, unwilling to forgive her stepson. As reported by Closer Magazine, the source said, “Lately, there’s been a lot of talk about welcoming him [Harry] back, perhaps over the holidays [2024].” However, as reported by the Daily Express, the source added, "Not everyone is keen on that idea, but Camilla is opposed to Harry making any sort of return, even for a friendly visit. She didn’t want to come face to face with him, let alone show him any kind of forgiveness or mercy. She’s made it clear to everyone around her that she believes he’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing and insists he brings nothing but stress and drama to the family.” Camilla believes that any interaction between Charles and Harry will harm both the former's already poor health.

The source continued, “If Harry does get the invite back to the UK, he’d be wise to stay far away from Camilla.” Harry and Camilla's relationship has allegedly gone down the drain as he accused her of using the media to manipulate public opinion and sacrificing him to boost her image alongside Charles.

In his memoir, Spare, Harry stated, "I didn't relish losing a second parent, and I had complex feelings about gaining a step-parent who, I believed, had recently sacrificed me on her personal PR altar. But I saw Pa's smile, and it was hard to argue with that and harder still to deny the cause: Camilla.” As reported by Newsweek, Harry had further penned, "In a funny way, I even wanted Camilla to be happy. Maybe she'd be less dangerous if she were happy?"

Back in 2023, while promoting his memoir, when asked directly if he might ever see himself returning to royal duties, Harry provided a straightforward and clear response. The Duke said, “No. I don't think it is ever going to be possible.” He shared that even if he and his family were to reach an understanding, an outside force would inevitably prevent that from happening. The third party Harry was alluding to was the role the media played in causing the divide in the first place, as reported by Marca. However, despite the obstacles, the Duke of Sussex hasn’t completely turned his back on his family. In that same interview, he shared his hope for mending relationships—especially with his brother, William.
