Young Boy Claims He Is Princess Diana Reincarnated — Even Mentioned The Tragic Car Crash

In a strange declaration, a young Australian boy claimed he was the reincarnation of the late Princess Diana. Billy Campbell, the son of well-known TV presenter David Campbell, born 18 years after Diana’s tragic death in 1997, asserted that he had memories of his past life. His father David shared the news through a column in Stellar Magazine in 2019.

Despite his young age, Billy spoke about Diana’s life with surprising detail—things he had never been taught. In the article, David shared that it all began when two-year-old Billy pointed at a picture of Diana on a card and spoke about her as if he knew her. As reported by The Mirror, the child allegedly said, "Look, it's me when I was a Princess." The child's obsession with Diana didn’t end there, as reported by The US Sun.
Billy also casually called Prince William and Harry his sons. His bizarre statements shocked both his family and the public. David said, "He started to refer to his two 'boys.' When asked what boys, our then three-year-old would say his 'sons'. Ok... strange, but sure, mate." David claimed that Billy also spoke about Diana’s brother, John—who had tragically passed just hours after birth, a year before Diana was even born. Billy talked about John as if he had known him, as if he were speaking about his sibling.
David insisted that Billy couldn't have known about John himself at his age, which is what made the incident chilling. But, the surprises didn’t stop there. The boy also described Balmoral Castle—Queen Elizabeth’s cherished retreat—in great detail, despite never having seen it. David revealed, "To a Scottish friend of ours, he claimed when he was Princess Diana he used to go to a castle in that kilted wonderland. He described the castle as having 'unicorns on it' and that it was called Balmoral. The unicorn is the national animal of Scotland, and there are unicorns on the walls. How does he know this?"
The child even remembered details of Diana’s Paris car accident. David said, "[His mum] showed him another photo of Diana, to which Billy said, 'There is me as a princess. Then one day the sirens came and I wasn't a princess anymore.'" David in his column concluded by asking, “Will Billy grow up and never remember this? Could he actually be the reincarnated essence of the People's Princess?” The claims sparked curiosity and doubt for people back in the UK. Some bought the concept of reincarnation while others brushed it off as an outcome of a child's uncontrolled imagination. Billy now much older, doesn't have any recollections of Diana or his old claims.
